I was seen immediately , no long waits! and the pharmacist had time to listen to my requirements and to assess my needs for the particular countries I intend visiting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the private consulting room. The Pharmacist was friendly and approachable , appeared very knowledgable and was familiar with the latest travel advisories. I noticed that strict hygiene and cleanliness was observed as well as sterility in administering the injections. They were also able to advise me on other travel necessities I would require.I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ross Pharmacy for your travel requirements. Costs were reasonable and competitive. As an added bonus, the injections were absolutely painless!!”

Rinku and Urvi were amazing at waxing, they were so friendly and made me feel really comfortable and at ease. They didn't miss a spot, and my waxing treatment was amazing. “Tried two of the barbers so far, and both were outstanding. My first time trying out Turkish barbers. It made me realise how indifferent normal barber shops are to the customer experience. While most people think buzz cuts are easy and anyone can do it, the attention to detail shown by the Artizan barbers show how useless other barbers are. Value add services include the scalp wash, shoulder massage, eyebrow trim, ear hair burn and hot towel, none of which normal barbers ever do. Well worth the price. The complimentary tea, coffee and soft drink offer just adds to the hospitality.”

“I have recently developed a fear of flying and so I contacted Adrian for help. He was very professional and contacted me within 24 hours of my enquiry. We had a brief discussion on the phone before meeting in person and Adrian made me feel at ease. I was flying out within a week of contacting Adrian and he managed to fit me in the day before my flight. When we met we discussed a couple of different techniques and I found both very helpful. I only had a short session but I felt much better and we actually got to the root of the issue which I believed to be something else.
