"My son and I arrived to have a hair cut, there were four people waiting to be served then We were told to come back one hour later, so when we came back another four different people were waiting , when I asked I was told to wait, so what’s the point to tell us to come back one hour late when we were there earlier? It was a completely waste of time for us , I just left and went to another barber. If it’s first come first served make sure you don’t tell people to leave and come back later. Very disappointed ."

"This place is absolutely perfect - the barber cuts with robotic precision and does EXACTLY what you want him to. Efficient, highly skilled barbers with great, friendly service. I was offered coffee/tea/water along with some homemade biscuits. I cannot recommend this place enough. Very reasonably priced for the location and top quality service!"

"Tried two of the barbers so far, and both were outstanding. My first time trying out Turkish barbers. It made me realise how indifferent normal barber shops are to the customer experience. While most people think buzz cuts are easy and anyone can do it, the attention to detail shown by the Artizan barbers show how useless other barbers are. Value add services include the scalp wash, shoulder massage, eyebrow trim, ear hair burn and hot towel, none of which normal barbers ever do. Well worth the price. The complimentary tea, coffee and soft drink offer just adds to the hospitality."
