"Highly recommended! I visited Anna's for a course of SmoothEye treatments over 3 months. I had spoken to various other clinics in London but decided to go with Anna for her cost and professionalism. Other other clinics did not offer an initial consultation prior to treatment and they were significantly more expensive. I had some worries as I have Fitzpatrick type 5 skin which can be prone to hyper-pigmentation, especially with laser. At the initial consultation, Anna was really knowledgeable about the treatment and put my worries at ease and I was happy to go ahead. Tina was always really lovely and welcoming and I felt like she genuinely cared, rather than some beauty clinics which can be sterile and impersonal. I also appreciated the confirmation/reminder texts the day before. I was always offered a drink and a nice chat when I arrived. Before the treatment, Anna numbed the eye area with cream and we'd have a chat for 20 minutes. She's always friendly and upbeat and I never once felt uncomfortable or awkward. The treatment itself reached about a 4/10 on the pain scale but only in a specific area which lasted just a couple of minutes. Anna offered cold air which helped reduce any pain. By the third treatment I did not need the cold air and the pain felt minimal. I'm looking forward to seeing my results in 6 weeks time. I'd recommend Anna's for any kind of beauty treatments as I can see she genuinely cares about giving the best possible treatment. Thanks again!"
