“The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

“This is very convenient and the service is relatively quick, especially compared with Mayday Hospital. I went for an X-ray and it was done in 30 minutes, with a smooth process from checking in, waiting and being called. The car park is expensive but on street parking across the road is free for an hour. Alternatively, there is a much cheaper car park next to the church, which is next to this hospital.”

“If you want only the best for your furry friends, then this is the place to take them. With only 6 suites, you can be confident that your cats will be getting a lot of love and attention and this is demonstrated in the regular updates and photos that Gabriela sends. They arguably get more treats and attention while holidaying here than they do at home! One of the main reasons we first went with Longcroft Kenley was due to one of our cats needing sub-cutaneous fluids administering during their stay. Gabriela was only too happy to do so and took the time to learn the process and apply it confidently. When he had a small episode during his stay, Gabriela was calm and informative throughout, using her own initiative to manage the problem and giving me the confidence that he was in good hands, significantly reducing the stress of being away while he was unwell. In my experience (since we buy the top tier "all-inclusive" package for their stays) it works out at about twice what we would pay at a normal cattery but you are getting 5 times the service for that price and I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else now.”

“We have used Fernlea Cattery several times to look after our cat (Leo) in the last few years for a lengthy period each time and we have been very pleased with the service they have provided. Simon and Theresa are both delightful people and they love all the cats they look after! We don't think cats will receive any better care, when they are away from home, any where! We will happy to continue using Fernlea Cattery!!!”

“I took my 5 and 3 year old for their haircuts. We haven’t had much success in the past with the boys going to a barbers. But this was a great experience, the staff were very patient, and have done an amazing job. The boys particularly likes the lollipops that the staff were very generous with. We will definitely return!”

“I have been coming here for years and the staff are very good at cutting your hair exactly as you ask for. I have very thick hair so it needs to be cut and thinned out properly. I have tried other places and have never been happy with the results. It's best to make an appointment if you want a particular barber and don't want to wait! Easy to get free parking for 1 hour on the roads outside.”

“I took Kaos, my German Shepherd, to Nats Classy K9s today. This was his second visit. When we arrived, he was full of kisses for Nat. When I collected him a couple of hours later (he's a big boy and takes a lot of grooming), he was looking very handsome and smelt amazing. I couldn't believe how much fur Nat had managed to get out of him & she is so good with him, despite all of his whinging! I would happily recommend Nats Classy K9s to anyone.”
