“I attended an early reassurance scan and as I was so early they offered an internal scan which I agreed too. I have only had tummy scans in previous early reassurance scans and it’s very difficult to find the baby’s heart beat which is extremely nerve wracking! Here they were very quickly able to find bubbas heart beat and make me feel completely at ease! The staff are lovely, very friendly and bubbly. The facilities are really clean and we left with a lot of information about the baby and pregnancy. I would definitely recommend”

I was included in the treatment plan when I had my filling replaced, they had the local anaesthetic on stand by but didn't end up needing it. I did fall asleep in the chair while they were working which gave them a bit of a shock but that's how un painful it was, and that's how calming they work. They were more than happy to answer and questions I had.”

Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”
