My front teeth where broken in a childhood accident, as a result of this I had a cap and out of line teeth I had never felt confident with smiling. John was amazing, he talked me through the treatment plan in a free consultation and I couldn’t believe that my teeth could be changed. I had, them aligned, bonded and whitened. “Been using this Barbers for around 4 years now, always friendly and good service. Better Covid precautions than most, it's clear they have really thought about how to protect their customers which is nice. They even did what's apparently called an under cut hair cut for my daughter today which was a great help as we were struggling to find somewhere to tidy it up again for her. “I had my cat, Charlie, registered at Aspen Vets (Abbey Wood branch) for 4 years. He was an aggressive little thing and didn't respond well to most of the staff. For some reason, Rai always managed to handle him well and with no nonsense. He was gentle but firm with Charlie. Rai is based at the Sidcup branch the majority of the time so I went the extra 10 minutes in the car to make sure Charlie was seen by him. I had Charlie put to sleep yesterday, which was very upsetting but Rai outlined every step he was going to take and even every step he might have to take if the first ones didn't work (i.e, if he couldn't find the kidneys, or he couldn't get a vein for the needle). He was extremely empathetic and so very kind to my boyfriend and I - we were obviously in tears and struggling. He was fine with us staying with Charlie through the euthanasia and even checked to see if we'd experienced it before as it's obviously traumatic. I would highly recommend Aspen Vets. Don't be afraid to request a particular vet if your pet responds well to that person; after all, your pet needs to be at ease as much as possible.”

“Great local vet. My wife popped in to pick up monthly medication and ask the reception about a last minute appointment for our dog. The reception got us an appointment the same day and got our dog checked out. The vet was also extremely nice. Couldn’t recommend park vets highly enough.”

“Saw Justine for a couple of months last summer with very bad sciatica due to a nerve being pressed by a lower bulging disc. Never experienced back problems before and the pain was awful. I was left with foot drop too and with a wedding looming I wanted to wear something other than trainers! I went for 8 sessions and within those 2 months everything healed and improved greatly. I never really believed in needling before seeing Justine but I most certainly do now. Along with the exercises, which I still do when my back twinges, I thoroughly recommend this place and Justine.”
