He picked it up at the exact specified time the night before, completed the work thoroughly and in good time, and charged a really reasonable rate compared to both Mazda and mainstream service centres. He explained things really clearly and gave great, honest advice, and uses higher quality products than the mainstream service centres. He also replaced the exhaust silencer on our Honda; again, a thorough job, completed quickly and dropped back to our house.
