“Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. Amazing food, never disappointed completed with great customer service by lovely people”

“Great atmosphere and the staff were wonderfully friendly and good to have a chat. Wasn’t here to drink just lunch so can’t comment on that but food was decent. Menu was good, nachos a little lacking, rest was great. Clean bathrooms also.”

“Had a wonderful evening here celebrating a rather big birthday with my family (party of 14). I recommend this restaurant highly. The food was fantastic and all beautifully served and the waitresses were lovely too. All very helpful and fun. Wan in particular took some fabulous photographs for us to remember the evening. “So many times I’ve driven past this little place, also thought about stopping and give it ago. I finally did, yes I only got a drink and skinny chips. But I wasn’t disappointed. Bloody lovely chips, will be stopping off again and trying some else next time. Staff was great, tables and chairs lovely and clean. The area around the cafe lovely and clean. “This was on my bucket list so treated myself for my Birthday and dragged along three family members to experience it with me. My Wife, Son & his Partner all had a thoroughly enjoyable time and Claire our instructor was excellent. My Wife wasn't confident enough to stand although Claire did try and help when my Wife was happy to try without any pressure. My Wife ended up kneeling for the whole duration of the lesson but still had an enjoyable time. The rest of us stood from quite early on into the lesson and our confidence grew as Claire gave us some more tips which we would have taken a long time to learn had we just gone out on our own. As for me, I've booked another session with my other Son who sadly couldn't make it the first time and I am currently looking at buying my own board! If you're thinking about trying SUP look no further, you've found the right place!”

The owner phoned me and was so so lovely and friendly, he apologised and was so considerate of our food requirements. He gave us extra desserts to try! “We went to this lovely lovey family owned and run restaurant for my mother’s birthday. The food was so tasty and the service was excellent. The food came so quickly and the staff put so much effort into each of the tables- making a specific effort for each party. Their prices are really reasonable and the food is to die for with brilliant portion sizes. They also made a big effort for birthdays and got the music going as we were one of the last tables still there and made us laugh!! My brother speaks broken Italian and they spoke back and helped him with some of the words like spoon! Can’t recommend enough and we will definitely be going back again.”

“Best fish & chips in town all my family loves going to this place the chips are not too greasy it;s fried to a perfection , we love the cod and haddock as well as the fried calamari portion. daughter loves the chicken nuggets and chips. Most of the time we do takeway however we have eaten there few times and the atmosphere is nice , quick service and friendly staff.”

“Visited the Barley Mow pub in Hersham for the first time on Friday the 13th and had a absolutely wonderful lunch there. We were given a warm welcome by a member of staff and she looked after us very well indeed. A wonderful choice of beers, and a great menu, the food was excellent of course. We did have trouble getting in touch with them, so we took pot luck and just turned up. But the pub is very spacious and there was plenty of room. May we pass on our thanks to the lady who looked after us, and to the pub as well. From Ray,Rosemary, and our dog Susie Table 19 @12 noon on Friday the 13th January.”

“ESQUIRES is my favourite coffee shop in these parts. The coffee is always good and never differs from this standard. The Food is fresh and tastes of quality. My treat is the English Breakfast which is cooked fresh and NO microwave warming at all. The staff are all excellent and VERY accommodating.”
