"I go with my golf friend every Friday at lunch time for a coffee and roll. We are there for up to 2 hours just discussing problems and possible solutions. We are quite happy to continue doing so."

"Used to be my favourite Weybridge café, but now there is almost always a long slow queue, and nowhere to sit. Has been closing early lately. It's due to lack of staff, .... a shame as it can be excellent. I usually opt for Starbucks now"

"Can be extremely busy, especially Friday's. The food in Nero's I personally think could do with some changes. I find it has become so boring, I prefer the food from other cafes other than the classic mince pies, love them. The service can be good, as all places, they are trying to train new staff. Not impressed if I am given too much froth on a latte, so I do ask for the drink to be topped back up. Atmosphere can be relaxing, if I dare say it, children are stopped from running around. It is not the place for kids to be running around as it is a coffee shop not a crèche. There are hot drinks around."

"We regularly buy coffee from this Cafe Nero store. Best Latte that i have tasted, the coffee strength is right and not light or diluted like the others. Very friendly and helpful staff and very patient. It is difficult to find a parking on the street for a quick grab in. Will either need to park in the nearby Sainburys or one of the nearby multistorey car park"

"Excellent, helpful staff, took good care of me while I was fitting new pictures, and graphic branding on the windows."
