“Celebrated a 92 birthday and it was good! We were a party of over 30 and had our own room. The staff were well organised and Freya looked after us beautifully. Thanks also to her colleague who helped at times. The food and drinks were great and we enjoyed ourselves. A bonus about the location is that it was just next door to Coombe Gardens where we could take photos. Overall, a very good way to celebrate an event. Thanks and great job to the staff. We look forward to returning.”

“I was surprised at the lower reviews. I have ordered takeaway lunch twice. First I had iddyuppam, the only slightly negative comment I can make was that aubergine portion was pretty small. Yesterday I ordered chicken kottu rotti and chicken curry, both were super tasty and I'll definitely be returning.”

“Typical greasy spoon cafe with huge portions of food, and an alcohol license too! Had the best breakfast there. Really nice coffee as well. Great traditional cafe. Homecooked breakfasts are delicious. Basic menu but speedily delivered and good prices. Friendly, family-owned restaurant. Sandwiches, fry ups, burgers. Generous portions and low prices. I've been coming here for years. Friendly staff. Recommended.”

“Ordered straight from the website to avoid paying deliveroo fees, order came earlier than expected and the delivery man was VERY lovely about having to wait outside the door. Had a starter, pasta and dessert for about £20, food came piping hot and freshly made (I had pasta with vegetables and calamari, so would notice if it wasn't!). They always use fresh vegetables such as onions peppers broccoli carrots and the wide selection of options on the menu is enough to satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. The shop doesn’t look much when you go inside and the food belies this as it is always hot tasty cooked properly and with decent ingredients. Definitely give them a try.”
