I have shoulder-length thick hair, which is difficult to cut/style, but Caroline manages with confidence and I’m delighted every time; making it easy to manage between cuts. I've not had a manicure or acrylics, etc. I was going to score 4 stars because the shop could do with a remodel however I have given 5 stars because making an appointment was easy, we were seen on time, this was our first visit and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, music was good, the shop is clean, the feel of the shop was all positive, a good selection of nail paint colours and they offer great value for money. The technician I saw was meticulous. I haven't had a pedicure in a long time and this is the very first time I have had someone do their job so thoroughly. I was just a walk-in appointment and my nails were started within 5 minutes of entering the salon. “They are always booked and busy which is a good thing. A lovely bunch of people, did a wonderful work on me and my friend’s nails. Took their time , understanding wat we wanted and did exactly wat we asked for and that too perfectly and trying to converse and make us feel comfortable. Came here on a colleague’s recommendation and it was so worth it. Would totally recommend. Sometimes Ull have to wait a lot but again that means they’ll take that time with u as well.”
