“We were told about Tailored Journeys by a colleague of mine when I asked about his Sri Lankan trip. On his recommendation we contacted Manoj and he put together an itinerary for us based on what we told him we were interested in. We left the UK on 6th March and returned on the 23rd just as the UK was closing down. The Si Lankan holiday was a wonderful experience with excellent hotels and organised expeditions and that was made even better by our driver/guide Sam who was a mine of information. The only draw-back was the cancellation of the Whale watching trip, but this was due to a government directive based on the Corona-19 pandemic. (Tailored Journeys’ refund was in our account within a couple of weeks without any problems, thanks). However, the most impressive aspect was the care and attention shown by Manoj and the people at Viluxur Holidays SL in monitoring the ongoing situation and keeping us informed and assured of what was happening both in Sri Lanka and the UK making it a stress free holiday. “Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“I recently spent 13 nights at the Covent Garden Opera flat. The location is fabulous, with pubs, restaurants and stores all an easy walk away. The kitchen well equipped, and the furnishing more than adequate for a very comfortable stay. It is located on the interior of the block, with pedestrian only access, so it is very quiet considering the hustle and bustle of the streets only 2 minutes away. Jennifer was very quick to resolve the one issue I had, and made sure to let me know that a contractor would be in at some point to do a minor repair that had been previously reported. All in all, working with Jennifer was easy and stress free, just what I want for a relaxing vacation. I fully plan to see what they have available the next time I head to London.”

“Middleton Property was just what our family needed. We stayed in a 3 level old mews which was amazing. The host provided the refrigerator stocked with a little bubbly as well as milk for the kids. I fell in love with the Nespresso machine. The location provided easy access to the tube and other public transportation. There was an amazing amount of room in the flat and best of all, it was only 2 doors away from off the main drag pub. Would book again with London Perfect.”

“My friends and I were lucky enough to stay at Villa Elisa in Marbella in June 2022. I can’t recommend this amazing property enough. The house is thoughtfully styled, comfortable and the amenities are that of a 5 star hotel. Gordon, the chef, served up delicious meals with lots of laughs and local tips along the way. He is an absolute gem and made the house truly feel like our home away from home for the week! All of the staff were very lovely, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. In addition to the house being total magic, it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. All in all, a fantastic property and would go back in a heartbeat!”
