The staff were super friendly and the service was great - there was a great selection of sandwiches, pastries, scones, cakes and puddings and we were thoroughly stuffed afterwards. “I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

“Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”

“I had a great stay in Montcalm East during a business trip for a week. The hotel has quite a unique touch and at the price point the amenities can't be beat. The rooms are well planned, reasonably sized and the bathrooms are well appointed including the heated flooring. The hot/ cold breakfasts are so much better than the traditional American breakfast that is seen in the hotel chains. Location wise, this place is quite central to all the tourist spots that someone may want to hit.”

“Did eyelash extensions and ombré nail couple of weeks ago, the eyelash stays well and looks quite natural which was desired, saved me a lot time on morning makeup. Beauty specialist named ‘ Apple’ was very nice, I walked in on the day when they almost finished work, but explained that I was about to go on holiday so desperately to get eyelash and nails done. She was so kind to work overtime and was very patient, didn’t rush the job but did with intensively to details. The nails still smooth and shine and the eyelash stays well too although I didn’t pay extra care about it. The price was reasonable too, she charged me at normal fees despite I was offering to pay extra for her overtime work. Definitely will visit again. 5 starts services to Apple”

“I had a deep tissue massage on Tuesday and absolutely loved it! The whole experience was over and above what I expected. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the music was just right. I was asked about what areas to focus on and felt relaxed the whole time- the pressure was firm and it really left me feeling totally revived after! She really went into detail massaging my back and shoulders as I hold a lot of tension there. It was fantastic- I can’t fault it and will 100% return!”
