The cleanliness is the best we have come across working away and we are away alot, the apartments are modern contemporary very well designed and great space with high quality appliances plus tvs. We had both a 1 bed and 2 bed apartments and both were equally good. No problems at all also they use the Klevio app which are keys through phone app great idea really easy to use It has parking and all the things you need being away from home. There is nothing i can fault at all with them. If you are looking for a place in the Staines area which is right in the heart of it for work or break then i would recommend these i know where we will be staying if we return again. The Lady i have dealt with Linda was very professional and easy to talk to helped with everything fantastic service and accommodation!! 10/10 from us at J A Downie Flooring Ltd, Manchester”

I was also appreciative of the fact they kept me in the loop at every stage- as a busy working doctor I was grateful for this as moving property can be stressful. I liked the fact they made the paperwork as seamless as possible re identification documents and were flexible about when I could come to the office to drop my identification documents off to be checked. I am looking forward to my new tenancy and I would recommend LDB. They would be my go-to lettings agency should I move again in the future.”

Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”
