“Room is newly refurbished and sparkling clean! Had a great stay here. The receptionist Kelly was very friendly and helpful however her manager (a guy with Indian accent, couldn’t catch his name) was quite rude and unpleasant to talk with, he was also not treating his colleague with respect.”

“This was my favorite pub. We spent a great deal of time and money there. Good friends made, both staff and locals. Unfortunately, the manager, has no class and a bad attitude. The Runner is on suspension, for me, for 60 days. If it ever happens again, I won’t spend another £ there. Reply - I am not about to Dox anybody. We love the food, atmosphere and friendships. The absolute majority of your staff is excellent. A little bit of tact goes a long way though, as opposed to a “Shoosh”. You should indeed have a conversation with managers about how they deal with people, especially some that drop 500 quid a month. Thanks, Ollie, Very Best. Update - The Running Mare has definitely upped their game. Give credit where credit is due. This is a wonderful place where You will find kind and interesting people. We would recommend Woodlands Park Hotel (and in particular, Cheyenne Crombie, the event coordinator) without hesitation. It was a wonderful day, the communications leading up to the day were superb and the day went without hitch or glitch.”
