I had terrible skin as I suffered from Acne for such a long time and have tried so many treatments but nothing has helped. Zena really took good care of skin. She very carefully listened to my skin concerns and offered me an amazing consultation that best suits my skin conditions. She is very patient and genuinely offered a professional service. I've not had a manicure or acrylics, etc. I was going to score 4 stars because the shop could do with a remodel however I have given 5 stars because making an appointment was easy, we were seen on time, this was our first visit and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, music was good, the shop is clean, the feel of the shop was all positive, a good selection of nail paint colours and they offer great value for money. The technician I saw was meticulous. I haven't had a pedicure in a long time and this is the very first time I have had someone do their job so thoroughly. “I got my first haircut in London here and I'm so happy with it! The salon is located 5 min by walking from my home, and the owner(a nice lady, not sure if I asked her name) is wonderful! I called to request a price for a haircut with layers(+washing) and made an appointment. I was late by 20 minutes, but the lady was happy to do the haircut even if they were about to close(it was 5.40 pm). I realized that I don't have any cash with me, and she said I can drop the money the next day, which was so surprising for me! She also asked if I would like a drink, I asked for a cup of water as I had to take my tablets, she kindly started asking what happened, if I'm feeling good etc. I got the haircut I wanted, a lot of care and attention from hairdresser for £30, which is quite reasonable for me. I'll definitely get my hair done here!”
