"Extremely disappointing haircuts and service. They do not listen to nor pay attention to how the customer wants their hair cut. The Staff treat your hair recklessly and carelessly. You can find better professionalism elsewhere. I would certainly not recommend."

"Awful. I showed Annette a clear picture of what I wanted and gave her clear instructions of how I wanted the style of my hair to be and how long I wanted it to be. However, she did not do what I asked. Her calculations were completely off and she cut off nearly 3 inches more than I asked. The layers she put in look absolutely awful as well. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the result, I regret cutting my hair in the first place. Annette did not listen to my request of keeping my hair to a reasonable length and gave false reassurance when I asked her throughout the appointment why my hair length looked shorter than I anticipated. After, when I confronted her she refuse to accept her mistake of miscalculating how much hair she cut off and did not seem apologetic at all. This salon does not listen to or care about their customers at all- they do as what pleases themselves. I refuse to believe they are professional hairstylists. This was my first time coming to this salon and is certainly the last. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I never write reviews at all, however, I had to write one for this place because their service was utterly appalling and I would not wish for anybody to experience the same thing as I did. Do not go here at all."

"People here are very polite and give excellent customer service. Both ladies, Angelina and Ruby, are very nice. I always go there to get my hair done by Angelina, which is always satisfactory. It's a nice clean environment and I would highly recommend."
