"Worst salon I’ve ever been to. Asked me to remove my red hair at home and come back for a strand test , they told me they’ll do the test straight away but called me two days later an hour before my appointment to let me know that they can’t dye my hair and that I should go to another salon. My hair looks awful and tomorrow I have to go to an event .very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!"
