“We had a fabulous 1 week stay at the Ivy Lettings Burton St apartment. It is centrally located a few minutes walk from Warren St or Euston underground station and 15 minutes walk into central London and all the sights. There was plenty of space upstairs and downstairs, comfortable beds and clean functioning kitchen and bathroom. The listing description was accurate, but we were pleasantly surprised with the space and room inside. The Ivy Lettings team were very responsive and accommodating. I would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.”

Everything was well decorated and efficient, hot shower, comfortable bed, intuitive storage, easy check-in. Very close to Victoria Underground + Rail Stations, walking distance to many areas of London I wanted to see. I had a wonderful stay!”

“A little gem in the heart of Shoreditch! Great location for transportation and lots to do nearby. Super lovely staff and amazing amenities in the room! Lost my luggage on the first few days of my trip but the room provides everything, from skincare to a variety of toiletries, complimentary cookies, coffee etc. The room was super spacious and clean. Overall one of my favourite hotels in London at a very decent price, highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again!:)”

“Haven't tried their listings yet but their web presentations seems very professional and selections looks high quality properties. Made a reservation but had to cancel due to our schedule changes. Had a website glitches not giving us full refund as it should had. Used their chat tool leaving just a message and the agent took care of it overnight! I'm a ling time Airbnb customer but only 50% happy with their listings. I think I can trust Plum Guide's quality standard by their business ethics.
