The customer service representative was a great communicator and very helpful. “A short queue to enter. I was asked if I had any allergies. Signs on food bar items indicate vegan, vegetarian, halal. Three of the salads were vegan, and four of the hot dishes plus the soup were vegan - thank you! I enjoyed an Aperol spritzer from the bar. Two infused-water jugs are self-serve at the bar. The space was busy but not heaving. Staff come by frequently to clear away dishes. There are alcoves, side rooms, workstations and a large open space with large windows to watch the aircraft coming and going. I had booked online in advance.”
