"Begged for a 5 minute eyebrow clean up and the woman on the phone was soooooo rude to me, me and my mum have been customers here for 6 years doing waxing and threading , never ever again !!!!!! Such horrible people very very disappointed !!!!!!!!"

"The staff are lovely, super friendly people but the quality of work is unfortunately not up to par. I always come back from waxing and threading with more broken hairs than extracted ones, and with regular burns. Has resulted in a number of scabs/scratches and ingrown hairs. Unfortunately it's my own laziness that makes me go back as it is conveniently local and well priced. The customer service is outstanding but I am reluctant to continue using their services because of the poor quality of work. Whats most concerning is the unhygienic practices - i saw one of the girls drop a brush whilst colouring someone's hair. She simply picked it up and carried on applying like it was nothing, despite the floor being littered with hair from the cut taking place in the chair next to her. Same girl with another customer dropped yhe lady's facemask on the floor then picked it up saying it was okay because the inside of the mask didnt touch the floor. That's worrying in today's covid situation. All in all, lovely girls and great shop but I will think twice going back. Such a shame (Interesting to note that the only 5 star reviews are form profiles with 1 review only and they're almost identical in content....)"
