"A1 Cars Heathrow provided me with A(awesome)1(first-class) service today 12/9/19. I(an american lady) took a 3-hr tour of London during the busiest time of the day(13:30-16:30). The customer service representative was a great communicator and very helpful. They care much about the clients pockets more than their own pockets.The driver(Talat) was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the streets/landmarks. I highly recommend A1 Cars Heathrow. Thank you all for the excellent, professional service. Definitely use again"

"The taxi was half an hour late, told us this was because our flight had been delayed (it in fact arrived 30 minutes early) and we were haphazardly directed to the car park to be picked up when he didn't show up. He still wasn't to be found, and turned out to not even yet be even in the airport yet. When he finally arrived, he didn't seem to know our address and epeatedly got details wrong onhis satnav, almost taking us to a completely different part of London. He then tried to charge us the carpark fee, which I've never had to do before and was not specified in the booking. We then had to listen to his loud radio and satnat directions for the whole ride. Just terrible service all round."

"If you don't value your time, then choose this people. The company did not arrange for the pre-paid pick up, I had to call then to follow up after waiting at arrivals for a while, they had not dispatched the driver at art and did not even apologise, instead asked me to wait outside departures for an unknown driver apparently already in his way.... 40 minutes later he eventually turned up, and I had to go find him. Poor and unacceptable service. Avoid!"
