“Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”

“I had a deep tissue massage on Tuesday and absolutely loved it! The whole experience was over and above what I expected. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the music was just right. I was asked about what areas to focus on and felt relaxed the whole time- the pressure was firm and it really left me feeling totally revived after! She really went into detail massaging my back and shoulders as I hold a lot of tension there. It was fantastic- I can’t fault it and will 100% return!”

Staff are friendly and speedy, which I love, but it’s worth noting that they’re not chatty, so if you’re after that all round “luxury” experience then it’s not for you. If like me you want to just get in and get out with excellent nails, it’s perfect.”

The manicures and pedicures are always top class but the lash extensions stay on for weeks n weeks and I get many comments about how amazing they look. I’ve also had my eyebrows micro bladed and my lips tattooed by Anna both look natural but really enhance my features I would recommend this salon as one of the very best in the world!! She layered it well and even after washing and styling it myself, it sits nicely and it looks super healthy. I look and feel much better.
