"As a 61 year woman who is just starting to transition from male to female Caroline and staff were very helpful recommending treatments for my whole body hair removal. Lovely Caroline was more than happy to schedule a patch test on my underarm and after that was successful she made an appointment to do my first whole body treatment, which by the way was not painful for me at all. Going back to my initial consultation there wasn’t a hard sell on her part. Caroline gave me options and said that it was my treatment plan and i was the boss….. Luckily for me, I was put on a payment plan and put a £250 deposit and I pay after my treatments. I’m sure there’s a plan for anyone needing hair removal or any other treatment they give. As for me, my journey to womanhood has begun and I thank Caroline and the rest of the staff at The Laser & Skin Clinic for getting my hairy body Silky Smooth. XOXO"

"I highly recommend this clinic. The staff are helpful, know about their products and the manager Caroline, her customer service is amazing. I initially walked in for some advise and ended up booking in for a course of treatments and have no regrets. What I also like is The clinic is clean and well presented and hygiene levels are 10/10. The laser does work and I have seen such a reduction in my growth after a few sessions."
