There was an occasion when there was an issue with the PCR test, the Pharmacist took charge and resolved it, within 10 minutes a correct certificate was issued. Then they have a unidirectional entry system, with not more than 2 customers in the store. They kept 2m distance from at all times. It appears well organised, quick and efficient.
