“Hi; I see a lot of people talking badly about the staff of this store. I come to do my shopping almost every week, and the staff is there when you need help, when you need a certain one. In my opinion, I find that the ratings given by spammers just outrage the work given by the employees.”

“The staff are lovely - extremely helpful. After ringing 8 places I could not find a pharmacy that had my contraception in stock and needed it that day as going away the next morning. I called at 1pm and they said they would see if they could do something to help. They did. Five minutes later I called back and they said they would have it by 5pm the same day. I will be using Vale Pharmacy from now on. Thank you!”

I have an obscure monthly prescription that other pharmacies refuse to order however they will not only order it for me but also call me when it comes in every time and let me know or apologise if there are issues. It can be busy but they work hard to give everyone the attention they need.”
