“Great services called the brothers about a boiler problem with my mum and dad old Ideal boiler on Friday evening. They came inspected it on Friday did the usual checks at a very late hour, identified the issue. Came back Saturday with parts which was the boiler pump which was not working. Great workmanship, give very easy and clear advice to my parents and kept me informed about all progress through Whatapp with videos and voice messages. Roman attended and cleaned the area that was jammed and got this working again however the part was old and this then broke thereafter, we called and Roman came back with the replacement part and fixed this for us without any issues, I am extremely happy with Roman and the work completed. Roman also entered the house with shoe protect covers on as well to ensure no dirt was taken throughout the house. Very lovely gent”

Any problems have been rectified straight away which is always a measure of a good company. They also use they’re own delivery driver so there is flexibility on deliveries that you don’t get with online companies. Ordered all items for 2 bathrooms and a WC, now looking at getting some kitchen items from them as well. Always been a confident internet purchaser but this has converted me to building a relationship with a local supplier. Almost want to move and start again as working with them has been a pleasure.”
