At the first look Coal House seems to be a barber shop, but I was very pleased to find out that they offer services for ladies as well. If you are looking for a fancy saloon, than this is not for you, but if you are looking for professionalism, attention to details and a great hairstyle, then I highly recommend it. Thank you Katie. Definitely will return as soon as my hair will need a refresh.”

“I visited for the first time today and received glowing customer service from two gentlemen. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a pedicure, both of which are gorgeous. The guy doing my manicure kept checking that I was happy with the progress at each stage which I welcomed and I was offered a hot drink on arrival. Such lovely people, I will be visiting again!”

“There are many Nail Salons in Upminster but if you would go to any go to this one! I rarely get my nails done but when I do I always go here. The customer service is great, everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The nails are always amazing and last a long time, I've genuinely never had a complaint about any of my visits here and always make sure to return when I want to get my nails done. 10/10.”

“I’ve had my eyebrows shaded/microbladed and lips blushed with Tammy this year. She is superbly qualified, professional and passionate about her work. My skin doesn’t tend to take pigment well but she worked with me and persevered. I’ll certainly go back in a couple years when they need a touch up. Thanks again Tammy!”

Five stars for sure - as in my opinion, he is on a professional par with the top London hairdressers (but without the hefty price tag!)
