“It is a very nice place. I ordered from them multiple times and several times eat inside. They are always great. The cooks are great. They really like their jobs so do waitress. They are amazing and helpful and always taking care. I enjoyed the food in this branch and will come back again. Definitely.”

“Best ramen I have had in a while! Managed to amend my ramen slightly for a different broth. The plain ramen was a bit disappointing and needed a lot of extras to make it tasty but the chili pulled chicken was on point, would recommend!”

“Excellent sushi, quite pricey, but worth it. The food is of extremely good quality and prepared perfectly. Every dish has a careful balance of flavours and the cocktails are also well balanced. I also found the ambiance and service of very good quality. Definitely earns its place on the Michelin guide. I would say that its missing a bit of creativity on the flavour combinations to be going to the next level.”

Recommend “Spicy Basil” Thai restaurant at Kilburn(Jubilee line). Very great food available with reasonable price. Food is still always awesome as years ago.”

“A truly authentic Japanese dining experience. It's like you were walking down a cobble stone road in Japan and found a delicious, family run restaurant. I was so impressed with the menu and the taste of everything we tried blew us away! I think I could easily call it the best Japanese I've eat here in London (that isn't just sushi and katsu curry), the best from my experience in Australia and up there with the top ones I've tried in Japan. Also very reasonably priced! I'm going to get it wrong as to what we had exactly but I'll try: - Agedashi Tofu (came out piping hot, tofu was so silken and soft, batter perfectly crunchy and not too thick and the dashi broth was perfect!) - Sukiyaki (my husband had this one but I tried it. Nice, simple Japanese stir-fry taste of meat and vegetables served on steamed rice). - Nabeyaki Udon soup - all I can say is that broth was spectacular! Same broth apparently for both this soup and the tempura soup, but if you try it you'll understand why! The udon noodles were thick and delicate, and it was served with shitake mushrooms, tempura prawn, chicken and a delicately poached egg inside. Next time I'll take photos! Oh and they had ShabuShabu on the menu for those looking (£45) - not sure if per person or not but I definitely want to try on a cold winter's day!”

“Finally went with my partner after seeing this place a while back, and I've honestly been blown away. The atmosphere is lovely, with amazing staff and absolutely *delicious* food. We ordered a sushi set (Jo; the deluxe!) and an appetizer (the yubuki salmon), both of which surpassed all my expectations. Beautiful ingredients skillfully treated with care (I've never had tuna so lovely!), and the chef went the whole way as the yubuki salmon was taking a little bit by giving us a few extra nigiri on the house while we waited! We weren't expecting anything of the sort so it felt like a really lovely gesture. Had some mochi ice cream to finish which was also great! Overall amazing experience, absolutely worth the money and will definitely come again for a celebration! I'd give more stars if I could!! ⭐”

“This is my favourite itsu - (got the loyalty app and everything). Really friendly crew - esp Theo, I asked his name the other day as he's so smiley and helpful. If he's not Manager he really should be - I'd have him in my company like a shot. Whilst I'm reviewing can you improve the range of udon noodle pots - not just chicken and more chicken. Thank you very much.”

“It's a good place to spend your weekend evening with your loved ones. The food is good. The salmon and sushi will be almost cold. I am not sure if it is eaten cold only, but everything the teriyaki sauce and the chili sauce. Everything was so salty. I would personally say that I didn't like it that much will never go again. Maybe I would like to try sushi again at another place, but the ambience was amazing. The restaurant had all the facilities like washrooms and sitting place. Bunch of seats were available. Other decoration was good”

“It’s changed since I’ve eaten here last with terminals now for ordering and not just picking up the food to take to the counter to pay. Had no issues though, found what I wanted to eat, paid, number was called out after waiting for around 5 mins and was on my way. Food was lovely and the chocolate dessert was especially tasty.”

“Great Japanese food. We got there really late, but the host kept the restaurant open with some great recommendations. The food was fantastic! I am sure the atmosphere would match if we hadn't arrived 5 mins before closing so had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Really top Japanese food.”

“The moment you enter the place a smell of deliciousness hits your nose and makes you want to sit down and order even more. They have a lot of staff members and with a reason. It’s a busy restaurant.
