“The Old Moat Garden Center is very lovely and quiet. They do freshly baked cakes and baked good at the cafe. Outside seats are available and private and not much if any road noise can be heard. The garden centre itself is not too large and offers everything you need.”

“My family have been coming to this place for 20-odd years. Every single time, the food is fantastic. The flavours are brilliant, and the variety of choice is something we love. It is genuinely hard to go wrong with anything off this menu, and they are even willing to make vegetarian version of starters/mains that otherwise have meat in them upon request (personal favourite is the mushroom chaat puri they make instead of the chicken version).”

“Had this amazing breakfast at this Cafe.It was really delicious and mouth watering breakfast comes with affordable price.They maintain good hygiene.Their staffs were very friendly and cooperative.Totally recommending this place if you want to start your day with an amazing breakfast & a cup of coffee.”

“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”

“Visited on the last day of Pokemon Worlds and never regretted it! I love how spacious the area is and many activities are being held simultaneously in different rooms and you can spend hours and hours just exploring the whole event and not get bored. There were lots of cafes and restaurants where you can dine in and eat plus seating areas where you can just rest and relax. They should definitely bring back this event next year!”

“Visited the centre on the 10.05.22 and the Scottish guy who was putting out the furniture went over and above his way to help me. Hunted around the store and stockroom for sourcing an item and was very polite despite this being close to closing time. A credit to the centre! Will happily come here again.”

“Reception was super warm and welcoming. Concierge (Idris I believe is his name) was super prompt and helpful securing a massage. Food was of course amazing. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern with great AC. Thanks for an amazing stay!”

“Booked as part of weekend break and very impressed with the quality of hotel. Although not close to tube station the hotel is in a great location. Staff were polite and very helpful. Evening meals were great. Breakfast was buffet and as per normal not very warm. Rooms although not large had all the amenities you needed and shower was great.”

“Can't help wonder if the last 4 reviews were left by the same person; all one star, unnecessarily vile and left on the evening of 29/7/22. They are more a reflection of the bitter and vindictive person who has left them than the Centre. I have been coming here for a few months now and always been treated with courtesy. Would recommend.”

“First time stepping into a Kebab shop, and I left very impressed. The food was freshly cooked with real meat and tasted very good. Had the lamb shish with their home-made chilli sauce. Wasn't spicy, and the flavours blended very well. Loved the chilli sauce so much I asked for a second helping. More importantly, the boss was friendly and pleasant, and unlike many others, this eatery was kept very clean.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”

“Had an amazing dinner at the restaurant here, truly lovely experience. We were well looked after by Laura C and had a beautiful menu put together by Sandi R. I don't remember the names of everything, but the caviar tacos were amazing, and the salmon. The tuna nigiri was so beautiful. Definitely recommend for a lovely dinner experience.”

“A simple and cheap option for a short stay in London! Definitely enjoyed my stay here with a McDonald's nearby to grab a quick familiar bite. But the cafes along the street were also really nice! Overall stay here was cosy and nice. The room is clean and the staffs were really helpful!”

“We have been coming to this hotel for 25 years, a couple of times a year. We love this hotel, very clean, staff are friendly and they can’t do enough for us! Ali the chef is brilliant, breakfast is delicious! Pedro, the waiter is very professional and looks after us at breakfast. These members of staff are a credit to the hotel. “Stayed for one night (6/1/2023) before visiting The Stranger Things Experience, really friendly and helpful staff, from the lovely lady who checked us in to the evening and morning restaurant staff. Good value for money and did the job that we needed, clean room, plenty of hot water and towels, easy to find car park (£5 for 24 hours). Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

We really enjoyed our stay, coming back to the hotel after a long day of walking and being sure we were going to have a nice dinner was something to look forwards to at the end of the day. Wouldn't hesitate at all to come back.”

“Perfect but very pricey. Staff are amazing. Only one drawback in the wheelchair accessible room was that it's very difficult to enter the room as there's a big metal lip to try get over. I got a push which helped me in though. Thanks for a lovely stay guys.”

“I enjoyed my stay here very much. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, it was quiet and plenty of space to put belongings. The room included towels and a hairdryer, as well as the hotel's own shower gel and shampoo, which was handy. The hotel provides you two hotel keys, even though I travelled alone, this was helpful. The card with keys was a voucher for a free complimentary drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly, nice and quiet hotel, and offered a breakfast buffet, too pricey for me, so I opted out. The hotel is situated close to shops and bars and restaurants. Would definitely uyse again.”

“Stayed here while volunteering. Very nice room, bed was comfy which you have come to expect from Premier Inn. Staff were helpful and friendly and helped with all queries. Parking isn't free but can be charged to the booking if required. Rooms were quiet and meant I was able to sleep during the day post night shift. Only real negative is the door handle was a bit sticky.”
