“Wonderful brunch with friends here on Sunday. They have plenty of seating, some fantastic breakfast/brunch options and really speedy and friendly service. Coffee was also good so we were very impressed with our visit and will definitely return to check out the champagne brunch deal (any breakfast dish, glass of champagne and juice or coffee for £17.95) Tip- if you’re driving into town then it’s best to park at the Castle Street or Sydenham Road car park and wander down to the restaurant.”

“Seems well run, safety conscious and in good working order. The trampolines are nice and bouncy unlike some bounce parks. All the staff come across well. My only complaint would be there are no foods catering for people with dietary requirements. However that is a nit pick. I've brought my kids here many times and we always have a really good time.”

“My dogs bath and groom are well done! Not sure if nail cutting include trimming the fur on paws as I hope it does. And so sorry I believe one of my dog keep barking when saw me and she annoyed one of the staff beside her hahaha.. thanks the team anyways will definitely come again :)”

“Me and my partner stayed for 1 night. We had a free room upgrade on arrival and the restaurant food was tasty but it was a little bit expensive. Breakfast was self-serve and very good quality. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”

“I am gentle man I went to the smoking area Someone was trying to jump from there to inside,I didn’t know him,he was falling down so I holded his hand. Lady bouncer saw that and she took me out. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t know this person,but she is arrogant and doesn’t listen anyone. She is spoiling the business and name of the popworld. She spoke to manager and he didn’t even listen My opinion here is that you can’t run the business like this. I am a very unhappy customer and I want that management should take action about this Your bouncers behave like gangsters,they were actually threatening me I tried to go this week and tried explaining but she stopped me again and didn’t even listen It’s the business she stopped”

“The only reason the room did not get five stars was a few little things that were evident but did not affect my stay. The ceiling above the air con showed black mould? And the clip on the toilet seat was missing but the seat worked just cosmetic. The room was big and there was a good quantity of coat hangers I did ask for more drinks and milk, staff was efficient. And pleasant and very helpful. Parking at night can be a bit tricky I came back late and all the spaces were full. I managed to squeeze in. Even though it was full the hotel was quiet.”

“The Sushi was delicious, there was a super large variety and the overall concept for choosing your plates on the conveyor belt is so fun!!! The Staff was lovely and Ciara was super helpful!”

“A very supportive college with helpful and understanding staff. They will guide you in your education and give you the support you need, unlike a lot of other 'higher status' colleges in the area that will just leave you to it and expell you if you're not likely to achieve high grades as to keep their status up. If you're looking for a place that will make sure you learn then go here. I studied here 4 years ago and have had a good career ever since.”

“Very good service even in heatwave. My first ride in an electric car, so journey was very smooth, with air-conditioning. As requested, driver took me to destination, waited while I attended an appointment, and then drove me back. Driver was pleasant, friendly, calm and confident. Altogether a positive experience, with confirmation of booking by text message. Would recommend Fives and Sixes!”

“Really surprised by the high number of ‘awful’ reviews. We stayed for the weekend, 2 nights, including dinner and breakfast on both days, and we thought it was amazing value for money. The hotel itself is lovely and downstairs is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Our room was small but very clean and we had a very comfortable bed with everything we needed. The spa is great, indoor pool and facilities are great as well as the outdoor hydro pool. Considering we are gym goers we thought the facilities were perfect, had everything we needed. Breakfast has a good buffet. Good selection of English breakfast, yoghurts toast coffee machine. Although no fruit at all. Dinner was lovely, amazing burger. The only thing I would say about our stay is that the staff could be more friendly and approachable and the truffle Parmesan chips did not seem like it had any truffle. We also thought they could promote their massage and beauty treatments a bit more, we wouldn’t have known they offered them. It seemed more like a hotel with spa facilities rather than a spa. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely stay again for what we paid for.”

“Another amazing Paradox Parlours escape room. The best rooms we've ever been to. Just finished "Venus" and thoroughly enjoyed the theme and the wittiness of the setup, with challenging puzzles that force you to get your brain into gear, and a layout that promotes team work. And the team were very friendly and clearly passionate about delivering a quality experience.”

“I went into The Secret Garden this afternoon on my lunch break with no idea what I was looking for (and it was also my first time in a florist!). The shop owner was so friendly and helpful, she helped me put together a beautiful bunch of flowers within my price range. I'll definitely be going back!”

“One of the nicest meals out I've had in a long time. The staff are amazingly friendly from the moment you walk through the door as was the service throughout, very attentive and quick. The food was just incredible and at a reasonable price. I had the pork belly special of the day which was just fantastic. My daughter had the seafood linguine which she said was the nicest she'd ever had and as an Italian cuisine lover, that's saying something indeed! The portion size was great too. Left just enough room for tiramisu, which as it's my favourite dessert, I can honestly say it was one of the best I've tried! Thank you for an enjoyable evening. Will look forward to a return visit.”

“Absolutely the best, in my opinion, when it comes to Thai food in GU. Book in advance, always full. Nevertheless you never feel crowded. Food is top notch, atmosphere and service always on top. Enjoy every time, every minute.”
