“It was my first time visiting Mleczko Croydon and I was amazed by all the choices. The staff were very helpful and explained what the items were because not all were labelled in English. After you paid at the counter, they have this cute customer ratings screens for you to rate your experience.”

“Such a huge fan of the staff in this store, they all seem to enjoy their work, will have a joke around and are generally just nice. They have a great selection for such a small store - including hot Costa coffee and breakfast - and have fresh daily baked goods. Well worth joining their members club if you live nearby.”

It’s not my main port of call when shopping but I always return to it where other stores have failed or shut early.”

“My wife moved to Croydon two years ago and use this shop everyday. There is a constant flow of people all day in this store and can get very busy at times, especially lunch time and rush hour. The staff are lovely and they seem to genuinely get Along with each other. They have a reasonable amount of stock and always handy that they are open until 11pm. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work!”

“Visited this place last year for the IKEA seaweed pearls. What annoyed me was that it was listed on their website for £1.50 and it is still £1.50 to this date but at the store it cost me £1.65. I didn't realized at time of payment but when I was writing it up I realized their was a price different. Apart from the price difference the taste was good.”

“There's no end to Kim's talent! I recently ordered a personalised funeral flower display with Kim for my brother-in-law's funeral in April. I wanted something very personal to him and Kim was able to accommodate my wishes perfectly. She dedicated so much time on the phone getting the requirements just right. “I ordered a length of White Beech to use for a Kids Rocking Horse and to see if it's suitable for a Dresser I'm making . Wood was high quality lovely grain no shakes warps or twists. As for customer service well I'm speechless it was fantastic Raj Patel the production manager, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a nice person. The lady who phoned me to say the wood was ready to collect was really polite helpful and knew what she was talking about. I will be using SL Hardwoods again I can highly recommend.”

“Such an excellent supermarket with a wide variety of items. The meat is halal and is very cleanly kept. The store has everything from organic food to fresh fruit. Then there is a cafe to one side of the shop which offers excellent Turkish coffee. To top it all off it is run by a very friendly family and you can see all family members working very hard and looking after their customers.”
