"The ladies on the till are very friendly and polite. There is a fair variety of choices however I cannot stand the meat counter. You have to stand there for ages to be finally served while they just ignore you (if they said anything like 'please give me a sec I'll be with you shortly' then it would be absolutely fine). But they just give you angry looks. I also always ask for the ham to be cut finely as I hate it thick and I always get it the thickest possible and I ask for specific amount of slices so I guess so they can sell more ham quickly! It just honestly puts me off from buying there."

"Hi, I just bought 2kg of meat from this shop with my girlfriend. I asked the lady behind the meat counter for some pork loin from a bowl that was on display, looked very promising. She then offered a sealed pack from under the counter that showed an expiry of 4 days after purchase date. We agreed. Never again! I lugged it home and put it in the fridge until I was ready to cook. Upon opening the sealed pack the smell was vulgar, the meat was green and rancid and not fit for any animal to consume. We did not see this at the shop otherwise would have asked for a different pack, or a fresh serving to be weighed out. Nevertheless, DO NOT SHOP HERE! Dangerous and irresponsible behaviour! Best regards, A very unhappy customer."

"I just bought 2 kg of pork at their shop. I asked for the meat from the “meat counter” and the lady behind the counter grabbed a bag of meat from under the counter and asked if it’s okay for us to take that one. I said yes, because it was nicely sealed. I came home, left it in the fridge and few hours later I was ready to cook, but it’s very smelly. I checked the expiry in the shop which was okay, 24th and today is the 20th so I thought it might be fine. She sold me bad meat which costs me almost £17. I didn’t take the receipt, so I can’t even claim it back. Very bad! Very very bad!"

"My favourite polish shop of all time. Its huge... basically a supermarket, shelves are always stacked high and well stocked. Staff are helpful and polite especially Daria. Recommended"
