Boho Cafe ( Richmond Road )
“Very friendly, smiley service. Great coffee and pastries. Haven’t tried the food yet, that pleasure yet to come. Great outdoor seating area. Love it.”
Ma Cuisine
“A cosy French resto in Kew! Their menu is written in English and offers elegant, tasty dishes such as roasted Barbary duck breast with cardamom jus and peach and lettuce. Their starters of rabbit and pork terrine with gherkins and raspberry vinaigrette .. simply delish! There’s outdoor seating and cosy indoor seating during winter. Interesting interiors, unusual French ambience. If you don’t have time for a Eurostar ride across the channel but you’re craving the delicacies of French cuisine, this is the place. Open for both lunch and dinner. On-street parking. Just a short walk from Kew station if coming by train. Strongly recommended.”
Raitakrai Thai Richmond
“Delicious selection of food and a beautiful modern interior with thai heritage. I enjoyed a variation of starters, including the dimsum, spring rolls, scallops and deep fried crab which were all super tasty. The sea bass was cooked wonderfully and I recommend trying Raitakrai's signature cocktail. I look forward to dining here again!”
Petersham Nurseries Café, Richmond
“Beautiful location and very well maintained nursery. The afternoon tea was excellent, we multiple teas, though the best thing was the pastries themselves - and there’s tonnes of them. The scones are to die for and are very filling. Generous portions.”
wagamama richmond
“Excellent service, fresh and delicious food. Highly recommended to have beef in buns and yaki udon, beef ramen. Needed to wait for a while in queue but it was worth it. Big thanks for the team who work there.”

“We rented the Library for our micro wedding ceremony. I highly recommend it. It was amazing! The staff was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. The place looked lovely. The food was very tasty. All guests were impressed. THANK YOU!”
Curry Bae
“Never disappoints! Loved having Curry Bae as our local takeaway since it opened and great to see you can now dine in as well. Will be sure to dine in sometime soon.”
Tabbouleh Kingston
“I ordered without reading the menu properly and was expecting a falafel wrap but what came was this delicious flavourful falafel box with really nice balance of flavours. Tasted really good and also felt like I was being healthy!”
One One Four
“What a great place! Went there last night for a birthday meal and it was so good - delicious food, lovely service from the great waitresses and appreciated the complimentary amuse bouches, bread and sparkling water, a fabulous special evening, thanks 114 Team :-)”
Grilandia East Sheen
“Really wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. We ordered the set menu B which was really good value for the amount of food and quality of it too. It was super quick to come out too which was great. We will definitely be back!”
Pisces Fish Kitchen
“Popped into this fish and chip restaurant today and I'm so glad we did. My wife, two granddaughters and I all ate and I can honestly say I had the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. The chips were just like homemade chips and the fish was perfect as well.”
Black Salt Sheen
“I would say, without a doubt, the best Indian food restaurant in Richmond. The place is lovely, and service is AMAZING.”
The Dysart Petersham
“Enjoyed a wonderful lunch, went for the tasting menu which was absolutely delicious and reasonable value relative to comparable Michelin-starred restaurants. Every course was great, absolute highlights for me were the 'chaud froid' egg (not at all what I expected but memorable), the charred bream and the lamb. Humongous amounts of truffle were (appropriately) served throughout the menu! Cocktails were excellent! Matched wines were also very good and worked with the menu, but with hindsight we'd have been better off ordering individual glasses as it was better value and there were a couple of wines not to my taste. Service was fantastic - friendly and attentive and not pretentious. Really nice, spacious restaurant interior, not crammed-in like other restaurants. Easy parking for the non-drinker (sadly, me) in the party. We will definitely visit again.”
Tangawizi Restaurant
“Great food in a lovely setting. We had 2 curries and the taste and aromas were perfect, combined with a tender meat and a lovely rice. Great place for Indian hankerings.”
Pizzeria Portofino
“Nice italian cafe in Richmond area...love the pasta and tuna salad. Great table service”
Sebastian's Italian
“Absolutely brilliant! One of the best Italian places in London. Try their specials. Definitely worth it. Very attentive staff who make the experience even more memorable.”
Bengal Village
“5 stars, lovely hard working family business running since 1988. Keep going back for more curries, highly recommended!”
Monies
“Our favourite spot in Putney. Having tried all of the coffee bars in Putney this is our absolute favourite. The coffee shots are always consistent and amazing quality - we are those people who will walk 30 mins to get an amazing cup of coffee and we couldn’t be happier to have found Monies on Upper Richmond Road. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is so warm and the decor well designed. Having nailed the coffee they now do cheese and charcuterie boards on a fri and sat evening. You must go!! Each cheese is carefully hand selected from Borough Market, the meats are insane, they use amazing quality products from artisan producers and you can really taste the difference. A great selection of drinks too - ranging from wine to espresso martinis.”
Pizza Royal
“Lovely place. Pizza great with excellent fresh ingredients. Vegetable pizza was delicious. Would highlighly recommend.”
The Petersham Restaurant
“I had expected the Petersham to be a bit staid, but our Christmas lunch surprised on the upside! Even playful in parts, the meal was always very good quality. Clearly, they have a talented kitchen team. Service was well paced and friendly, and the 'White Christmas' joke was fun!”
Saqui Tandoori
“Our favourite local curry house out of the several options to choose from in the area. Food is always good quality, service is always friendly and it's always an enjoyable experience whether dining in or taking away.”
Roebuck
“Back again. Was here in April last year and this was our go to pub when we came back. Had a lovely pork belly and apple squeak with a very tasty roast cabbage quarter. Maybe one day we can make this our everyday local.”
Hilltribe
“Remarkably nice Thai food for the price, very good tom yum and was impressed with the lamb special. Staff are really friendly, and appeared to assume my friend and I were a gay couple when they provided us with one free dessert and two spoons. This, while a little off the mark, was a very nice gesture and shows they are LGBT friendly! Despite this, they don't include a service charge so make sure you give them a tip.”
Al Forno Putney
“We had been here a couple of times over the last couple of years but have recently moved within walking distance so have come three times in three weeks. The food is very tasty with good portions at very reasonable prices. The kids' pizza is massive as well! The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is actually really fun. I only didn't go for the full 5 stars for atmosphere because the music has felt a bit too loud for my liking when we've been for lunch the last two weekends. However, when we went for my birthday one evening in December, they had a live singer, who was so good we actually started debating whether he was miming to original recordings! He wasn't but he was that good! It's really nice for lunch; it's fantastic for an evening celebration meal with friends.”
Jin Bao
“Bao-tastic Reluctant to leave a review about this place as it’s a hidden gem. The bao’s are delicious - pork is the traditional signature dish - but prawn and chives is my personal favourite. But also try the pancake and wanton soup. It can get busy sometimes as it’s about the size of a bao. It’s mainly a take away place - however there are some seats to dine in. But it’s family run, fast and very yummy”
Orpheus Taverna
“Food was fantastic really good for vegetarian too And very traditional and Greek Love it there”
The Bistro Cafe
“Very tasteful food, good size, affordable prices, nice service.”
La Parmigiana
“Best takeaway pizza in the area. Nice thin, hand cooked bases and generous toppings. I live in Mortlake and delivery takes about 25min. Pic is of the only slice I had leftover!”
