“A very happy ZARA HEATING customer. Having been messed around by local plumbers who played the usual guessing game with our old boiler and cost us money by replacing bits that didn't need replacing, I went in search of a new boiler. After my experience with the above, I went to ZARA HEATING with a certain amount of apprehension, not knowing what to expect. I can only say this: Craig, the ZARA HEATING installer who did the job, was absolutely top notch. On time, put down dust sheets everywhere(without being asked), worked solidly throughout the day and finished everything on time and done properly. No mess, no fuss, absolutely first class job. Cannot recommend him highly enough. The ZARA HEATING contracted scaffolders (necessary for a 3 storey house to replace the roof flue) turned up dead on time, did a quick and efficient job and were gone promptly the job was finished. So far as ZARA HEATING, the company, well, all I can say is, it's brilliant. The price was extraordinarily good, the communication before the installation first class, thanks to Scott and others in sales and customer service, and the whole thing went off very, very well. We're very pleased with every aspect of this job and it's good to know that there are companies out there that do actually appreciate their customers. Very well done ZARA HEATING!”

“I have used this company for all my head work for 30 years and they have always done our work perfectly. As regards the last 1 star score. That car was brought to our garage for repair, once the garage who was doing it couldn't fix it. The mistake was not Johns engineering's fault but the garage who did the repair work in the first place. They did not follow the correct procedure when rebuilding the head. It's always easy to blame someone else for your own failings.”
