"Overcharged me £9 on £30 worth of shopping and had to wait 15 mins while the so called Manager Claude tried to do a simple refund very badly . Unapologetic and rude from Claude who asked me to step aside after handing me my refund .No apology or admission of error form him which would have been enough A disgrace to sainsburys and their wonderful staff . I will complain to head office"

"I went there a few days ago and was served by a young girl. I didn't ask for her name but she had purple hair. I just wanted to say that she has the BEST customer service skills that I've ever seen. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable, was nice and chatty, offered to pack my bag....I left the store smiling :) I hope this message gets to the right people who are in-charge of giving her a raise as she definitely deserves one ;)"
