"I don't usually like hairdressers as I can find them abit intimidating but from the second I walked in I was greeted with a friendly atmosphere and staff. Alex was amazing, she spent time asking me what I wanted and being honest with me in regards to my expectations and reality. Salon was very clean and covid compliant. "They need to update their pricing- why is a 'Gents Hair cut' £10 less than a hair cut for a short haired lady. Blatant double standards. On top of this the service is unfriendly and cold. Since Dee and Kirstie have left the place has been drained of warmth. Customer service is awful, they suggested extras without being upfront about the cost then bombard you with it at the end. Lastly, prices are far too high for what you get. Would just like to add that the receptionist and assistant hairdresser are both lovely and great at their jobs."
