The lovely lady at the till offered to replace it immediately and then was really helpful checking that my mum could use it due to the arthritis in her thumbs. My mum had been quite stressed about taking it back so the kind service was a great relief for her. Thank you!”

“I have been past this little vape shop many times since it popped up a while ago. I needed to invest in a vape device and as great as online shopping is, there is something about getting information from someone instantly, holding items, smelling etc that makes buying things more complete and satisfying. I spoke to the very helpful and knowledgeable assistants Cat and Gemma, they answered all the questions I fired over to them, they let me hold the items to see how they felt in hand etc as some looked like they were going to be quite heavy etc. It made for a great shopping experience and am glad I took the time to nip in today. Anyone looking to convert to vaping or just want some advice, just swing in and they will will gladly help. Fully recommend this shop!”
