“Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.”

Many brands of shoes, like: Adidas, Nike, Puma, Converse, Reebok, New balance The shoes very special and unique. The service was nice and kind but quite slow. I recommend to arrive there around opening time because it’s a very busy place.”

Majority of the trainers are very expensive, but I guess your paying for the exclusive or rare drops. They didn't have much clothing when I was there .”
