“All the staff only instance, Chris, very knowledgeable and friendly. Really great atmosphere and assistance should you need it is always available. All in all a great place to relax and do excercise. Today Sue at reception was extremely helpful at the entrance turnstile, very friendly and courteous. Callum a swimming instructor was extremely helpful when I had a query regarding the swimming lanes, am absolute gentleman”

“I went here a couple of days ago and took the risk after all the bad reviews(only 1 time risk). But now maybe it has changed owners and it's better now? As it looked like only 1 chinese guy was working there who spoke perfect English and I didn't see anyone else in sight. But anyways what i ordered was delicious which was roast duck with bbq sauce on egg fried rice.”

“Steven & Jo at O Vesu Van provided the pizzas for the evening meal at my wedding, and so many of my guests proclaimed them to be the best pizzas they’ve ever tasted! So so amazing. They were also prompt with replying to emails, on time on the day and couldn’t have worked harder to pump out the pizzas. Couldn’t fault them!”

“I have been coming here since 1981 when I was 10 years old. My father took us and his clients here when Valecci opened and me, the same, 25 years later. It was my eldest son’s 21st last night and this is where he wanted to come. 3 generations later and still the same classy experience; The food is exceptional, Enzo and his staff are the best in the business and nothing is too much trouble. If cost is your priority, this is not your kind of restaurant. If first class food served by exceptionally attentive yet subtle waiters in intimate and personal surroundings is what’s required, come here as you’ll never be disappointed.”

“Very happy with our hot tub installed by Lee who was very professional and informative. Really appreciated the extra time and effort he puts into making sure the customer is satisfied and understands everything correctly, which I have to say is a rare find these days to have someone show so much initiative and care for their job. Would highly recommend. Ask for Lee if he’s available!”

“I am a nanny and brought B3 for his first ever soft play experience! It was small enough that wasn’t overbearing for him as a newbie. He definitely enjoyed himself. Although a little tight for adults compared to other soft plays I have been to. The staff are constantly keeping an eye for safe play :) all staff were very friendly and welcoming.”

The only problem is that the healthy options are quite short (and pricey) compared with the amount served, and the price paid for the junk or traditional dishes. Apart from that, the place is really good, and lovely to have a nice breakfast, or brunch.”
