“Started my Part A of my two part Freediving course with Oyster. Was greeted by Tom and we quickly got into the course with the obligatory H&S forms, a quick Q&A before we got in the pool to make sure everyone was prepped and understood each other. Tom was so easy to understand, without using any slang, we all felt at ease and understood every word. I felt relaxed the whole way through, which is key when you are Freediving. I managed a 2:45 static although not great, i learned how to prepare and zone out for better future results. Truly recommend Oyster for all your diving needs!!! “We returned for the third time with our three grandchildren, aged 14 to 22 to complete the Amber Room. As previously, we all had a great time, found it trickier than the previous two games, but with some helpful support from Kathryn, completed the game. We all enjoyed the challenge, and finding an event to accommodate the different ages is a challenge in itself, but Escape in 60 fits the bill. Thoroughly recommend it as a family favourite, Do visit!”

“I cannot speak too highly of Swimming Lessons London’s teaching techniques and teacher Theo in particular. I was past retirement age when I decided that I must overcome my long held fear of the water, and it was only a matter of a few lessons with Theo before I began to gain confidence. Theo was incredibly patient, helpful and encouraging and systematically worked on improving my capability, technique and stamina. It all goes to show that it’s never too late to start, no matter how old you are. Highly recommended for everyone.”

“I would like to say a huge thank you to Emma the supervisor and Rebecca the style assistant for going above and beyond to make our shopping experience so perfect! Originally they were closing at 7pm we arrived at 6:50pm and they was so helpful to help advise on colours and styles from dresses, jackets shoes and accessories we was not rushed and both girls could not have been more genuinely interested in helping us. They stayed open until we had said “yes” to the dress! They are both a credit to your company!”

“Best if you are craving homemade indian food. Especially if you are a gujarati. The owner will make you gujarati food like Khaman and Dhokla at an affordable price if you order in advance. You can also get Aloo Paratha, Pav bhaji, pani puri, etc. The food is amazing and the price is really affordable.”

“Our company hosted our annual Summer Party with Thames Boat Cruises & Events this year and we could have not spent the day any better. The weather was good and everyone was in a great mood. We booked 5 hours on the boat and were served with delicious drinks and food, we had a good DJ onboard who entertained us and the five hours flew by quicker than everyone expected. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the planning with Lester from the organisation team was smooth and easy and we certainly look at booking with Thames Boat Cruises again for any similar company parties!”

“My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a world-renowned tattoo shop in the heart of Dalston. My first time here with long time tattooist and friend Jethro Wood. Started a new big piece, to which I was nervous for. Jethro is calming, kind and reassuring from start to finish. We had breaks when I needed, stopped for refreshments and powered through. Clean and crisps outlines, great clarity of composition and bold striking colours were the end result of a piece ill treasure forever. Jethro is so patient and kind, helped me to stay calm and helped ensure it was as painless an experience as possible. I can't wait to get another tattoo Jethro is a master of his craft, and regardless of the piece you are after, he hits a home run every single time. Highly recommended”

“I ordered here for the first time and I loved the food. The brown stew fish was so delicious and flavoursome, the rice and peas were tasty, the steamed vegetables were enjoyable and the dumpling was good. The dumpling was thrown in for free which was a nice touch. The portion sizes are very generous, really good value for money. I phoned the restaurant to see if the rice and peas were included with the brown stew fish and the woman on the phone was really warm and friendly. I've tried many Caribbean takeaways in East London and this one is by far the best. I would highly recommend!”
