“I wanted to purchase a special handmade blanket for my son. I wanted it to be extremely soft, with a fun print design and large enough to be multi-use. I wanted it to be made from high quality materials so that it will be long lasting. Tinzi’s was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. My son loves his blanket, he uses it now while he is learning to roll around on the floor and then later he can have it as a comforting blanket on his bed. Tinzi’s communication throughout the planning process and attention to detail were exceptional. We agreed on a space/rocket themed material which is so unbelievably soft, and so well sewn, my son will love it for years to come. Thank you Tinzi’s.”

“I’ve shopped at Westdaw a number of times and I can’t help but leave with multiple items. They have a lot of the brands I love, Eden Park, Hackett and Barbour to name a few. Recently I ordered online a number of items and was lucky enough living locally to have the clothes with me by the afternoon. Can’t wait to be able to visit the shop and get that personal touch from Ian when in store. An absolute diamond for the Dorking high street, would love one in Reigate please!!!”

Browsing through your collection, I was greeted by your team member Daniella I believe her name was . Starting a conversation with her about what I am looking in a suit she did guide me with a bespoke experience I will never forget, it was not only her contribution but the team members who made sure I was taken care of . As when I buy suits , I do prefer tailored to me ,and know the brand as well. I do feel your team made sure I was comfortable wearing it and educated me about the brand and yourself . I did buy the same suit. I will be coming to pick it up on Monday the 30th and try it . I’m sure I’ll be taken care of. This was just a message of 11/10 feedback to you and a WOW experience I had . “Absolutely delightful experience shopping at this store! I had bought a coat from a different New Look store and had 2 issues : I realised I wanted a different size and the person at that store had forgotten to remove the security tag. So with these issues and the receipt I went to this New Look store and the lady at the store was very nice about the whole thing. I ended up buying a different coat altogether and she made the return and buying the new coat very seamless. Unfortunately I couldn't ask her name but she definitely needs a big kudos! :)”
