“I can't recommend enough this nursery. They helped my son so much. When he joined the nursery, he barely talked as he had speech delay. The nursery helped him with one to one support, this lead him to get the help he needed. Then Sonya started pushing me to get Logan checked by the Paediatrician, while she started my son review to get EHCP in place before he went to primary school. My son got his EHCP in place when he started his reception year. Even his teacher said he was blessed with an amazing nursery as they said it was rare for kids to get EHCP in place that early. They had an amazing teacher named Ms. Hetal, she was amazing towards my son. Sadly, she resigned in the middle of school terms. But i will still recommend this nursery, the other teachers was amazing.”

“I visited here yesterday to renew my damage passport. Everyone is very humble here especially the person who was giving token God bless him. He was helping everyone. The employees were so soft spoken & courteous. Best embassy. I agree it's time consuming & delayed appointments as well but once your documentation is perfect hardly 5-6 minutes they took. My experience was awesome. I visited there with my 17 months daughter she also enjoyed. So no complaints.”

Remember teachers were first students. The only downside to this school is that they don't tackle bullying properly they deal with it but it always rears its ugly head again”

“Farrakh Waheed : With reference to Care Dental, I would like to mention that the dentists [Prashant] and {VIRDEE}, every single staff and the whole service package has been excellent and consistent through out. We complain about every minor faults and errors but always miss out to acknowledge the bigger picture that goes on behind with everyone’s individual input that contribute to a team effort delivering such excellent service like Dental Care, that consistently executes such high standard services to their patients. However today I am here to acknowledge Care Dental’s Receptionist “Farrakh Waheed” who consistently keeps delivering excellent Customer Services skills. That place “Care Dental” is a super busy outfit, there is various patients coming in with various dental issues, some registered and some not registered with Care Dental, Postman and other delivery agents coming and delivering packages, more than one telephone ringing constantly, along constant liaison with dentist and nurses simultaneously. Daily in an out all this is being dealt by the one and only Farrakh Waheed on her own. She consistently executes all those duties pitch perfectly proactively and with upmost professionalism. She is always caring, passionate, smiling , friendly but not over friendly and always on the ball, no matter how much is going on at the background, she is always positive, calm and collective, who always pays complete attention to details, Prioritises her work with patients waiting , the phone calls on hold and the dentists and the nurses constantly liaising with her all at the same time. She is the best example of a multi tasker. I have never ever seen her to loose the plot, as her job, is a job which is very pressurising, a very demanding and a very stressful one. She always maintains her cool, her balance, her dignity and has a positive aura that she emits out of her at all times. She is a genuine good human being and hence all the above skills come naturally to her. She is very knowledgeable and knows her job, the products and the services at the back of her hand, which makes her very confident and easy to communicate with. She has excellent communication skills and this is primarily because she is a damn good listener, pays attention to ever detail. Very focussed , very proactive, able to cope with pressure and constantly prioritising as most of the time she is on her own and works as an individual but also switches to be an excellent team worker whenever required. She genuinely cares for people and hence she constantly delivers the best “Duty Of Care” without even thinking about it, as it comes natural to her. However she also knows when to be stern, be rigid and be assertive when the job demands her to be. So people can’t play her as she won’t allow that and will say NO when she has to. I have silently watched her and her executions a few times and today I had to ask her for her name as I did want to put this on an email so that she gets the acknowledgment that she rightfully deserves. I hope you could pass this on to “Farrakh Waheed”. I will very soon, try to put this on Google and other social media platforms as you all need to be recognised. “The surgery has been improved significantly with new management and better services provided by the staff that work there. I recently went to the surgery and was surprised by how well maintained and inviting the atmosphere felt when you first walk in. The staff were very friendly towards me and there wasn't any delays at all. The facilities were beyond my expectations and I was certainly not expecting it to be so luxurious. Everything went smoothly and efficiently from the moment I walked in through the front doors of the surgery up to the point of getting a prescription. I highly recommend this surgery and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff there upon my visit.”
