"Ridiculous service Staff apart from doctors are rude and self entitled Do not answer their phones and just sit there on their personal phones while no care for patients Absolutely ridiculous updated on 14/09/22 I’ve just called them no que so there’s no wait yet …. YET still ringing and has been for 12 minutes absolutely DISGRACEFUL the least these staff members can do is answer the phone as it’s their job all they do is sit around talk and check their personal phones and emails also go for a tea break every 25 mins and then have the nerve to take a hour and 15 minute lunch RIDICULOUS RECEPTIONIST AND ADMINS ARE A JOKE AT HEART OF HOUNSLOW SPECIFICALLY BLUE WING"
