They have a substantial market share in the area we were looking to buy so we were able to see many properties relevant to our budget and needs. We were part of a chain which in itself can be a very stressful process, however, this was made much easier by Wendy, who looks after their post-sale activities and can't recommend her enough. She was absolutely fab! One piece of advice would be to give tips to sellers on how to best present a property before putting it on the market. We felt a bit rushed by the process and, in hindsight, we would have probably spent some time and money to ensure our property was market ready."
