“We had a minibus stolen in October 2021 and since I have never dealt with insurance companies before, I had expected a really long and painful process. Fortunately for us, our representative was Joanne McGinley from Wrightsure Services Ltd, she had done her utmost to speed the process up and make it smooth for us. She had always been available (office work or home office), very helpful, supportive, transparent, we had always been kept updated to know where we were in the process and her job skills, experience and knowledge had saved us thousands of pounds. Well done Joanne, thank you for all your hard work, although I hope we will never have to make a claim again, but if we do, I do hope we will have you on our side again! “I booked an appointment about a week in advance as my hair had not been cut since before lock down started and have not had my hair coloured in a salon in years. My hair had grown so long and I had so may grey hairs growing. I did my patch test and they tested how my hair would react to the bleach, as I wanted highlights. I have really dark hair and wanted to have a bit of tone to my hair. We discuss possible colours that may come out and options. My appointment was at 10.30 as they told me I would have to come in early. I understand why they wanted that now. They spent the whole day on my hair and spent so much time and care to get it right. I had highlights and colour put on my roots to cover the greys. I also cut a good 4 to 6 inches off my hair with layers and feathers. I could not fault anything. I felt so special and well taken care of. I am definitely going back.”

“Always happy with my nails. Kate, Daiva, and Ellie are all lovely technicians that take their time perfecting your nails. I always book online, as they are a very busy salon and I like to ensure I have an appointment. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. But I started going to Eden when the first store opened years ago, so I know what to expect when I go in. You may get a few people doing your nails. You may move seats. You may catch management on a bad day. But aside from one recent bad SNS experience, which Mary and Zuzanna rectified, I haven't had many others. I have tried a few other salons in Thurrock, but they never leave me as happy as a trip to Eden does so I won't go anywhere else now. Update - December 2022 Just had my SNS extensions done by Ellie and she did a wonderful job of my Christmas glittery nails, really pleased with how they came out. Ellie took her time, and made sure I had the shape I wanted and that all my nails matched.”
