Also, my claim from December last year is still unresolved despite the 3rd party immediately accepting liability and authorising repairs 4 months ago. "That's all dealt with by Claims Line, nothing to do with this office" ! It's a shambles and I'm off. Sorry Petrina and Mr. Littlechild."
