“Great service. Wagamama always seems to have a queue to get in but we were sat down after waiting in line 5-10 minutes and the wait was worth it. Food didn't take too long to come and it was delicious. The Vegatsu was lovely and my friend loved the Firecracker Chicken which she said had a good amount of heat. I love that you can pay the bill on line and even split the bill. If I could just change one thing I'd prefer that dishes came together as my friend had to wait a bit longer than me for her food, but that's across all Wagamamas so not a reflection on this branch. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.”

“I would just like to start off by saying I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have been ordering from Richie’s for years and have never had any issues with them the portions are more than enough for the price you pay. I have tried many foods from them from chicken to burgers to hotdogs, deserts and milkshakes all have been made to perfection. I decided to eat in a little over a month ago and was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff were very polite and even the manger came over a couple times to make sure everything was as it should be. Would 100% recommend the food is always warm and presented well when delivered and eating in was a lovely and tasty experience.”

“Had a lovely meal, the food and drinks arrived quickly after ordering. Most of the staff couldn't do enough to help you and make you feel welcome, especially Melissa, she is a real asset to the team. Melissa met us at the door and was so bubbly and inviting that I've had to mention her. So great there are healthier alternatives to the menu like the corn on the cob, and the new tenderstem broccoli as sides. Really great meal, and will be returning again soon. “Lovely big pub with plenty of space: booths, tables and hi tops. Lots of natural light from the large windows around three sides of the site. Ornate art-deco around the bar with interesting lighting options. Guinness was excellent as was the Doom Bar.”

“Finally got to stay at Rowhill Grange hotel only took 3 years (Covid). From the time we arrived the staff all came across very friendly and could not do enough for you. The spa area and treatment was great. As for the evening meal me and the wife both agreed this was one of the best meals we had ever had , fantastic. Would definitely recommend a stay at at Rowhill Grange Hotel.”

“Read the reviews and was a little apprehensive after spending £30 on 2 kids and 2 adults... Wow... the place is insane, it was spotlessly clean, there were numerous members of staff around at all times. The play equipments was huge, spacious and had so many entrances and exits of all varieties, my kids found something new on every adventure in ! There were slides, nets, steps, ladders, race track, ball pits, and triple it all ! The toddler area was also one of the biggest i have come across ! I cant comment on the cafe as we only had drinks as we ate elsewhere afterwards. My girls were exhausted after Dinatropolis, i would highly reccommend it, we travelled to Bluewater from Bognor and was the perfect pitstop for our day of shopping to keep the kids happy.”

I found ordering was a breeze and the food was prepared fresh for us, I like that you can see the kitchen and the orders being made. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area.”
