“Upholstered 4 second hand dining chairs to a very high standard, turned around in a few days and great value. The seat pads seemed tricky to replace but they collaborated with the woodshop round the corner to get the job done. Overall very pleased, would recommend and will certainly use again”

“Staff are helpful and polite; huge range of food (although cannot get 1l bottles of soy sauce here) and you can bring your soft plastic to be recycled. Only downside is the bicycle parking: round the side of the shop which leaves bicycled vulnerable to thieves”

The experience reminds me shopping in Mumbai market in a traditional ,friendly almost family like manner - he exhibits a great customer service.Always extremely polite and helpful,willing to provide all the information about the products or suggest the alternatives. Some other staff members don't seem to be paying that much attention to customer service.”

“After reading all the reviews I was really nervous about the poor delivery times. So i decided to mail them and ask how long it would take. I got a super fast response, they told me they have improved there logistics and confirmed it would take 2 weeks. I placed my order which was about £400 in value and everything came within 10 days and was great quality. I've just ordered more items from them, again there customer service replied to my e-mails in 2 hours. Seems like they may have had logistical issues previously but I felt compelled to leave a review as there products are great as was delivery. I almost didn't order after reading terrible delivery reviews but so glad i did.”
