"Oh dear. Been going here 3-5 times per week since 2016. About 5 years worth of snacks , lottery tickets etc etc . Went in there today(Easter Monday) to collect on 2 euromillions slips i had from March on my desk at home, which i thought were winners as I cheked them online last night. Turns out i had already claimed on them - i think it was about £14.00. Anyway an honest mistake. Got accused of trying to defruad the place! if im going to defraud someone, it would have to be a lot of zeroes involved and not at a place where my face has been on their cams several times a week for 5 years. I reckon my custom is worth about a grand a year to them. No more. Never. Nothing. So rude and accusatory and i front of my wife and son. Avoid them as they have no respect for customers."
